Education: Cleveland Chiropractic College
Hometown: Lenexa, Kansas
Whether it’s calling after hours or emailing follow-up questions, patients know Dr. Gould is available whenever they need him. They love how he makes each appointment enjoyable with friendly chatter, joking or much-needed deep listening, and always look forward to their next one.
Fun and friendly chatter were a big part of Dr. Gould’s upbringing in Lee’s Summit, Missouri where he made a lot of friends, played a lot of sports, enjoyed lots of community support and even met my wife. He’s enjoyed watching his city grow and is now raising his kids there.
Although he suffered plenty of childhood sports injuries, his local chiropractor, who specialized in soft tissue injuries, enabled him to keep competing — and inspired him to pursue a career in conservative healthcare.
Dr. Gould defines wellness as the ability to balance life’s physical and the mental strain, one day at a time. He maintains his physical wellness through running, weight lifting, playing softball, and his mental wellness through gardening, woodworking, reading and lots of family time.
Since earning his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland Chiropractic College, Dr. Gould has treated over 1000 patients using the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy. He specializes in active release and myofascial release techniques, sports injury care and chronic pain management.
